Don't Miss

What are you saying to potential employees?

By on June 13, 2014

Sally is a talented DO who has just moved to your town and she’s looking for a job.

She’s just been browsing practice websites (maybe yours?) hoping to find a great place to work.

This is what Sally and other potential employees are looking for when they look at your website.

  • How do I feel about this place? (it’s not her head, it’s gut that tells her)
  • Will I enjoy working here?
  • What are the people like?
  • What are they likely to want from me?
  • Does what I’m seeing inspire me to move?
  • How would my career develop if move here?
  • Is this the very best place to invest the next few years of my life?

The next time you recruit ask yourself what your on-line presence says to people who are looking for somewhere to shine.

If you are less than appealing clever adverts and expensive agencies won’t be able to help.

Call us for a FREE review of how attractive your offering is and an action plan to sort it out.
